Chef Emília, who founded the restaurant, left a legacy that the kitchen team, and especially the Chef, seeks to honor: the best ingredients are chosen from local suppliers, especially the fresh fish that arrives daily from Nazaré beach or the beautiful Barrosã and Mirandesa meats and aromatic herbs from the hotel's garden. The room team adds their wisdom from many years and provides an impeccable and personalized service.
The à la carte restaurant's menu combines traditional Portuguese recipes and fresh, local ingredients with contemporary inspiration. It includes appetizers, soups, entrees, light meals such as salads and risottos, fresh fish and seafood, meat from the best origins. It also offers good seasonal fruits and a selection of Portuguese cheeses and desserts. Vegetarian options are also available. The restaurant's wine list offers a comprehensive and diverse offer of Portuguese wines including an extensive wine list by the glass.
